Carol Richardson

CAROL RICHARDSON Carol Joy Richardson, daughter of Roma Marvin and Ince Blanche Stouffer Hicks, was born, August 14, 1947 in Windsor, Missouri. She departed this life, Wednesday, February 3, 2016, in her home, Camdenton, Missouri at the age of sixty-eight years, five months and twenty days. On October 25, 1967 in Tunas, Missouri, she was united in marriage to Loyd Thomas Richardson and to this union one daughter was born. Together they shared fifteen years of marriage until his passing in 1982. She was also preceded in death by her parents. Survivors include her daughter, Angela Haynes and husband Bradley of Camdenton, Missouri; six grandchildren, Ashley Bond of Jefferson City, Missouri and Marissa Bond, Haily Vansyoc, Logan Haynes, Caleb McQuen, and Joshua Pitts all of Camdenton, Missouri; three great-grandchildren, Sincere, Sequan and Sani Vansyoc and a host of other relatives and many friends. Carol was raised in Camden County and attended school in Mack Creek and was a graduate of Camdenton High School. She worked as a Certified Nurse’s Aide for Windsor Estates for many years. Carol made a profession of faith and was baptized on November 19, 1961 in Mack Creek Baptist Church. She was a Girl Scout Leader for many years and in her spare time enjoyed doing arts and crafts. Most of all, time spent with her family brought her joy. She was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother and a caring neighbor and friend. We celebrate her life and her accomplishments and will treasure the memories she created for her family and friends. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, February 9, 2016 in Allee-Holman-Howe Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Dale Blair Memorial Cemetery, Camdenton. No formal visitation will be held. Memorial donations may be made to the family and left at the funeral home. Allee-Holman-Howe Funeral Home of Camdenton is assisting the family with arrangements.
