After he finished college, he worked for St Luke's and Providence before moving to Branson Missouri, where he was the administrator for the Branson Heart Center. He would later move to Colorado, where he and his family resided until his passing. In his spare time, he loved to see the mountains, go kayaking, camping and bike riding. Alan loved the holidays, especially Christmas, and made it a point to have gatherings surrounded by his family and friends. He was a loving and a caring neighbor and friend. We celebrate his life and his accomplishments and will treasure the memories he created for his family and friends. Arrangements are under the direction of Allee-Holman-Howe Funeral Home of Camdenton, Missouri. From Brent My first nuclear job experience was so difficult because of the person I had to work with. Alan showed me so much respect and attention. He restored my faith in the career. -I want to practice nuclear medicine like Alan did! My father was rough on me. He offered much more criticism than encouragement. I have always responded better to patience than to fear. Alan was so wonderful in his mentorship with me. -I want to be the father that Alan was! I have made many mistakes in my life. I have not treated family, friends, and coworkers as well as I could have at times. Alan showed compassion to everyone he encountered. He made them feel valued and important when he was with them. -I want to be the person Alan was!
