Alma Nioma Nale

Alma Nioma Weicht Nale, daughter of John and Margaret Metz Weicth, was born, January 2, 1920 in Altoona, Pennsylvania. She departed this life, May 20, 2019, in Bristol Manor, Camdenton, Missouri at the age of Ninety nine years, four months and eighteen days. On in June 23, 1940, in First Church of God, Hollidaysburg, Pennsylvania she was united in marriage to Forrest Allee Nale and to this union one child was born. Together they shared sixty seven years of marriage. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband Forrest Allee Nale. She is survived by her son, Larry Nale and wife Patricia of Camdenton, Missouri,; two grandchildren, Jason Nale of Oakland, Arkansas and Tracy Smith of Lawrence, Kansas,; two great-grandchildren, Morgan Smith of St. Charles, Missouri and Michaela Smith of Ottawa, Kansas,; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. Alma was raised in Hollidaysburg, Pennsylvania and moved to the lake in 2007. Alma made a profession of faith and was a member of Church of God in Hollidaysburg, Pennsylvania. In her spare time she enjoyed quilting, painting by numbers and spending time with family. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and a caring neighbor and friend. We celebrate her life and her accomplishments and will treasure the memories she created for her family and friends. Funeral services will be held May 31, 2019 in Plank, Stitt and Stevens Funeral Home of Hollidaysburg, Pennsylvania. Burial will follow in Alto Rest Cemetery, Altoona, Pennsylvania.
