ANNA LEE Anna Lee Lee, daughter of William Oliver and Mary Lou Yount Thompson, was born, April 10, 1931 in Fredericktown, Missouri. She departed this life, Monday, September 2, 2013, in Ozark Rehabilitation and Health Care Center, Osage Beach, Missouri at the age of eighty-two years, four months and twenty-three days. On July 19, 1958 in St. Louis, Missouri, she was united in marriage to Raymond Clinton Lee and this union was blessed with one daughter. Together they shared fifty-five years of marriage She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Raymond Thompson and Clarence Thompson and two sisters, Eula Filer and Jessie Spiva. Survivors include her husband, Raymond C. Lee of Camdenton, Missouri; a daughter, Laura Cook and husband Wade of Salem, Missouri; three grandchildren, Alexis Carter, Nathan Wolfe and Nathan Cook all of Salem, Missouri; a great-grandson, Aiden Matthess; nieces and nephews, Russ, Wayne, Lynette, Mike, Nina and Mary Lou and a host of other relatives and many friends. Anna was raised in Fredericktown, Missouri and graduated from high school there. She worked for Laclede Gas Company as a key punch operator. After her marriage to Ray, they made their home in St. Louis where she was a homemaker and help-mate to her husband. In 1967 they moved to Camdenton. She loved music and could often be heard singing as she went about her day. She enjoyed watching birds. Fishing was a shared joy for her and Ray. She was an excellent baker and would always bring delicious pies, cakes or brownies to family functions. Most of all, she enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and aunt and a caring neighbor and friend. Many were blessed to have known her and their lives will be richer because of it. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, September 7, 2013 in Allee-Holman-Howe Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 10-11 a.m., Saturday in the funeral home. Graveside services and burial will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, September 7, 2013 in Pine Creek Cemetery, Lynchburg. . Allee-Holman-Howe Funeral Home of Camdenton is assisting the family with arrangements.
