BEULAH MAE JONES Beulah Mae Jones, daughter of John and Denzel Bell Bane Buffalow, was born October 29, 1932 in Severy, Kansas. She departed this life, Sunday, June 3, 2007 in her home in Decaturville, Missouri at the age of seventy-four years, seven months and five days. On July 28, 1951 in Lebanon, Missouri, she was united in marriage to Chester Robert Jones and together they shared the past fifty-five years. She was preceded in death by her parents and a son, David R. Jones. Survivors are her loving husband, Chester of the home; children, Marilyn Mizer and husband Don of Camdenton, Missouri, Richard Jones and wife Alice of Camdenton, Missouri, Nancy Grossenheider and husband Denny of Roach, Missouri and Dan Jones of Camdenton, Missouri; a step-daughter, Janet Cochran and husband Roger of Brumley, Missouri; twenty grandchildren; twenty-five great-grandchildren; brothers, Doyle Buffalow and wife Lois of Grandview, Missouri and Richard Buffalow and wife Jeannie of Morrisville, Missouri; a sister, Evelyn Clark of Lebanon, Missouri and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Beulah was raised in Kansas and attended grade school in Great Bend. The family later moved to Lebanon Missouri where she graduated from high school. Shortly after marriage, she and Chester moved to Decaturville and have lived there ever since. Beulah was a housewife and help-mate with her husband. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Osage Beach, Missouri. In her spare time, she enjoyed sewing, reading and playing the piano. Her family was most important to her and she especially enjoyed her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Beulah was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and aunt and was a caring neighbor and friend. We will miss her greatly and her memories will live forever in our hearts. Memorial services will be held at 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, June 5, 2007 in the Osage Beach Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, Osage Beach, Missouri. A private burial will be held, Monday, June 4, 2007 in Allee Memorial Gardens, Camdenton, under the direction of Allee-Holman-Howe Funeral Home. No visitation will be held. In lieu of flowers, the family suggest memorial donations be made to a memorial fund for the family. Arrangements are under the direction of Allee-Holman-Howe Funeral Home of Camdenton.
