Cason Kenneth Otto, son of Travis Otto and Christina Brazil, was born October 4, 2009 in Osage Beach, Missouri. He departed this life Thursday, April 19, 2018 in his home, Lake Ozark, Missouri, at the age of eight years, six months, and fifteen days. He is survived by his Mother, Christina Brazil and her significant other, Mike Andrews, of Lake Ozark, Missouri; his father, Travis Otto, of Westphalia, Missouri; his maternal grandparents, Annette and Donald Brazil, of Camdenton, Missouri; his paternal grandmother, Sandra Otto, of Lake Ozark, Missouri; paternal grandfather, Kenneth Otto, of Westphalia, Missouri; aunts and uncles, Lindsey VanPelt and Michael VanPelt, of Kaiser, Missouri; Joe Brazil of Camdenton, Missouri, Jon Lawerence and Cassia Alberti, of Jefferson City, Missouri, Angie Lawrence of O’Fallon, Missouri, cousins, Jonnie, Braxton, Emmarie, Alyssa, Lexis, and Chase; step-sisters, Shayleigh, Adrian, and Alivia, Andrews; as well as a host of other relatives and many dear friends. Cason attended School of the Osage and was in Second Grade. He was an avid reader and was always learning something new. He wanted to share his knowledge with his family and would start his sentences off with “Did you know….” He loved searching for his special rocks and had the ability to see the differences in each one and had amassed quite a collection. He loved to build things and to draw cartoon characters, dragons, robots, and anything else he could imagine. He looked up to his big brother, Tyler and did a good job of being a big brother to Max and Levi. They looked up to him and he led them by example with his compassionate heart. He loved to jump and climb and had quite a collection of Pokémon cards. He also loved Harry Potter and would often pretend that he was a wizard and cast his “spells” on his siblings. Cason loved to play video games, especially Mario, Skylanders, and Rayman. Cason enjoyed being outdoors fishing with his dad and his brothers. Cason was a loving son, brother, grandson, and cousin. We celebrate his life and will treasure the many wonderful memories he has created for his family and many dear friends. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, April 27, 2018 in Christ the King Lutheran Church in Lake Ozark, Missouri. Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. until time of service Friday in the church.
