Cathy Seib

Catherine (Cathy) Seib, 76 of Camdenton, Missouri passed away on January 20, 2023, in Buffalo, Missouri.

Cathy was born in St. Louis, Missouri to Frank and Kay Barnes on October 25, 1946. She married Bill Seib, on January 21, 1972 in St. Louis, Missouri. They had two daughters, Charlotte Rene Dittman (Seib) of St. Louis, Missouri and Christina (Tina) Seib of Bradenton, Florida. They also have two grandchildren, Jacob Dittman and Alyssa Dittman of Camdenton, Missouri/residing in Kansas City. Cathy and Bill spent a lot of time with their daughter’s vacationing at the Lake of the Ozarks over the years as they loved everything about boating and being out on the water. They relocated from St. Louis, Missouri to the Ozarks in 1995 and enjoyed many years living the “Lake Life” and enjoying their daily outings on their boat together.

Cathy worked and retired in sales for Southwestern Bell Yellow Pages (AT&T) for 50 plus years. She also worked for LO Profile Magazine at the Lake for over 20 years. She was ambitious, committed and beyond talented in her career and she also made lifelong friendships with many of her co-workers and customer’s.

Cathy is preceded in death by her mother, Kay Barnes, her father Frank Barnes, her brother Steven Barnes, her mother-in-law, Lucille Seib and her father-in-law Charles (Ed) Seib.

Cathy is survived by her Loving husband of 51 years, Bill Seib, their two children, Charlotte Rene’ Dittman and Christina Seib. Her brother Timothy (Mary Pat) Barnes, her sister-in-law Cathy (Steven) Barnes, her grandchildren Jacob Dittman and Alyssa Dittman and her four nieces, Yvonne Loguidice, Vicki (Brad) Schwartz, Tani (Mike) Nemeti, Shawna (Jeff) Mansager; numerous great nieces, great nephews and the many friends she met along the way.

Funeral services will be held at 12:00 p.m., Friday, February 3, 2023 at Allee-Holman-Howe Funeral Home. Visitation will be held prior to the service from 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m., at the funeral home.

The family will be hosting a dinner directly following the graveside portion of the services at The Rock Church of Linn Creek, Missouri.
