CECIL DUGAN Cecil Dugan, son of Everett Riley and Verna Lee Stafford Dugan, was born, August 14, 1936 in Windyville, Missouri. He departed this life, Friday, August 10, 2012, in his home, Camdenton, Missouri at the age of seventy-five years, eleven months and twenty-seven days. On April 12, 1971 in Miami, Oklahoma, he was united in marriage to Elizabeth Jane Webster. Together they shared thirty-seven years of marriage until her passing on June 27, 2008. He was also preceded in death by his parents and a son, Cecil Devon Dugan. Survivors include his children, Paul Dugan and wife Gayle and Marcie Barber and husband Robert all of Camdenton, Missouri and Laura Rash and husband David of Bolivar, Missouri; eight grandchildren, Jerrod Bouchard and wife Christina of Huntsville, Alabama, Melissa Bouchard of Camdenton, Missouri, Jerico Barber of New Orleans, Louisiana, Kyle Barber and wife Hannah of Branson, Missouri, Rebecca Dugan of Camdenton, Missouri, Joseph Rabe of Springdale, Arkansas, Chris Rabe and wife Carly of Colorado Springs, Colorado and Morgan Rabe of Wisconsin; three great-grandchildren, Dylan Barber, Jade Bouchard and Eli Barber; a sister, Dorothy Tank and husband Ted of Seattle, Washington and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. Cecil was raised in Windyville, Missouri. He was an over-the road truck driver for over forty years. Most of his career was spent driving for Crete Carrier Corporation. Cecil made a profession of faith and was a member of Mt. Horeb Missionary Baptist Church and had attended Webster Grove Missionary Baptist Church. In his spare time, he enjoyed wood cutting and gardening. Most of all, time spent with his family was special to him. He was a loving father, grandfather, brother and uncle and a caring neighbor and friend. He touched many lives while he was with us and his memory will linger on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him. To the family, he was their rock. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, August 14, 2012 in Allee-Holman-Howe Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Camdenton. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Monday in the funeral home. Memorial donations may be made to Mt. Horeb Missionary Baptist Church and left at the funeral home. Allee-Holman-Howe Funeral Home of Camdenton is assisting the family with arrangements.
