Charles Lee Eidson, son of Carl Leo and Debra Sue Eidson, was born July 14, 1978 in Columbia, Missouri. He departed this life Friday, July 1, 2022, in Lake Regional Hospital at the age of forty-three years, eleven months and seventeen days. Charles was preceded in death by his father, Carl Leo Eidson; his paternal grandfather, Silas Eidson; his maternal grandparents, J.T. and Helen Eidson and Gretta Denny; as well as an uncle, Ronald “Ronnie” Eidson. He is survived by his mother, Debra Eidson of Macks Creek, Missouri; his sister, Carlyn Arnold and husband David, of Macks Creek, Missouri; his life partner, April Montes and her children, Hailey, Riley, Delaney and grandson, Colton, all of Macks Creek, Missouri; his niece and nephews, Trenton, Jordan and Tayler Arnold; his paternal grandmother, Elsie Curnutt, of Buffalo, Missouri; his maternal grandfather, Densil “Ink” Denny, of Camdenton, Missouri; his aunts and uncles, Jessie Eidson and wife Tamara, Harold Eidson and wife Pam, Sheila Peachy and husband David, Gary Eidson and wife Cecelia, Joyce Ice and husband Lonnie, Joy Hufferd and husband Mike, Steven Eidson and wife Beth, J.D. Eidson and wife Veronica, and Tommy Eidson and wife Karen; as well as a host of other relatives and many friends. Charles grew up in the Macks Creek and Camdenton areas and attended Camdenton R-3 schools. He many years working with his father at High Brothers Lumber and later at Missouri Insulation until his health forced him to retire. Charles was saved and was a member of Myetta Missionary Baptist Church where he was an active member for many years. In his spare time, Charles loved hunting and fishing, going to the river with his family, riding horses, camping and watching his favorite movie, “Dances with Wolves” Charles was a loving son, brother, grandson, uncle and nephew. We celebrate his life and accomplishments and will treasure the many wonderful memories he has created for his family and many friends. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, July 7, 2022 in Myetta Missionary Baptist Church with burial to follow in Myetta Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 5:00-7:00 pm Wednesday, July 6, 2022 in the Allee-Holman-Howe Funeral Home in Camdenton, Missouri. Memorial donations may be made to the family in care of the funeral home at 15 Clint Avenue, Camdenton, Missouri 65020. Arrangements are under the direction of Allee-Holman-Howe Funeral Home, Camdenton, Missouri.
