CHRIS CONSTABLE Christopher Jay Constable, son of Rex Everett and Patricia Ann Maxwell Constable, was born, August 16, 1961 in Kansas City, Missouri. He departed this life, Monday, May 10, 2010, in his home, Edwards, Missouri at the age of forty-eight years, eight months and twenty-four days. On July 2, 1981 in Miami, Oklahoma, he was united in marriage to Tonya Sue Long and to this union two children were born. He was preceded in death by his mother. Survivors include his wife, Tonya Constable; his children, Stacey Constable of Osage Beach, Missouri and Christopher "Cody" Constable, Jr. of Thornton, Colorado; three grandchildren, Tyler Cole Salinas, Clayton Joseph Jinks and Ivory Constable; his father, Rex Constable of Lee's Summit, Missouri; a brother, Steven Constable of Warsaw, Missouri; a sister, Deena Flippin of St. Augustine, Florida and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. Chris was raised in Lee's Summit, Missouri and moved to the lake area in the early 1990's. He worked as a heavy equipment operator most of his working life. He was a member of the Independent Order of Odd Fellow's in Windsor, Missouri. In his spare time he enjoyed hunting and fishing. He also enjoyed time spent riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, son, brother and uncle and a caring neighbor and friend. We celebrate his life and his accomplishments and will treasure the memories he created for his family and friends. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Monday, May 17, 2010 in Allee-Holman-Howe Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Cable Ridge Cemetery, Edwards, Missouri. Visitation will be from 10-11 a.m., Monday in the funeral home. Arrangements are under the direction of Allee-Holman-Howe Funeral Home of Camdenton.
