Christina Morton

Christina Louise “Chris” Morton, daughter of Kenneth & Louise (Green) Courtney, was born on January 4, 1982 and departed this life on July 31, 2022. At the time of her passing she was forty years, six months and twenty-seven days. Chris is survived by her children, Collin Courtney, Faith Morton, Bradley Morton and Kamryn Wright; her significant other, David Wright; one brother, Jeff Courtney and his fiancé Justina Pullen; nephew Devlyn; and her parents, Kenneth and Louise Courtney. She also leaves behind many friends and other family members who will all truly miss her. Chris was born in Springfield, Missouri but raised in Rolla, Missouri where she would later graduate from high school in the class of 2000. After her high school graduation, she started her family, having her children before she attended Metro Business College; where she would graduate with her associates degree. While she was attending college, she worked at Phelps County Hospital and then worked as a residential cleaner after moving to Camdenton, Missouri. Chris truly enjoyed her time working with the disabled and handicapped patients in her care. In her spare time, she loved to spend time with her family, visiting various places with her children. She truly enjoyed horseback riding, watching the monster trucks and spending time with nature. She was a loving and caring, mother and friend, always willing to help anyone in need. She will be truly missed by her children, family and friends. Arrangements are under the direction of Allee-Holman-Howe Funeral Home of Camdenton, Missouri.
