Diann Sue Jacobs, 75 of Camdenton, Missouri, gained her heavenly wings on November 15, 2023. Diann did not let her diagnosis dampen her spirits and maintained a positive attitude through her illness.
She was the daughter of the late Guy and LucyAnn (Hagenhoff) Bailey, born on August 9, 1948, in Jefferson City, Missouri. She attended Jefferson City Public Schools and graduated in 1966.
She was united in marriage November 21, 2015 to her loving partner Dawn Rogers in Springfield, Missouri. They enjoyed their lives together traveling, gathering with friends, and time spent with their beloved dogs, YoYo and Lily. Diann had a creative soul and enjoyed all types of crafts, painting, card making, machine embroidery, and many other activities. She happily shared these gifts and talents with family and friends.
Diann’s zest for life and outgoing personality always made an impression on the people who met her. Diann was a hard working and dedicated employee who had the opportunity to live and work in Atlanta, GA; Boston, MA; Durham, NC, before relocating to the Camdenton Area to work for the Lake Sun and St. Andrews Church.
She was preceded in death by her mother LucyAnn, father Guy, sister Judy, and grandson Xavier.
Her beautiful life will live on through her children Patricia “Trish” (Matt) VanderFeltz, Dupont, WA and Ryan (Krystal) Jacobs, Jefferson City, MO; her grandchildren, William (Meghan) VanderFeltz, Washington DC; Elizabeth VanderFeltz, Dupont, WA; and Gabriella and Khloe Jacobs, Jefferson City, MO. She will also be greatly missed by her sister, Mary Slinkard, Blue Springs, MO; her mother-in-law, Marjorie Rogers of Camdenton, MO; father in law Hobert Roger of Dennison, IA, brother in law Scott Rogers, and her sister Angie (Krasi) Petrov all of Camdenton, MO, and their children.
Memorials and gifts can be made to the organization of donors' choice.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Alee-Holman-Howe Funeral Home of Camdenton, Missouri.
