Dorothy Stasiak

Dorothy Lenore Stasiak, daughter of Robert C. and Bessie (Brake) Tribble, was born December 12, 1938 in Walnut Ridge, Arkansas. She departed this life Monday, January 16, 2023 in her home at the age of eighty-four years, one month and four days.

On May 4, 1957, Dorothy was united in marriage to Casimir Martin Stasiak and together they shared forty-five years until his passing on August 20, 2002.

Dorothy was also preceded in death by her parents.

She is survived by her daughter, Karen Haas and husband Robert of Roach, Missouri; a grandson, Justin Haas and wife Katelee, of Roach, Missouri; a granddaughter, Michelle Haas, of Roach, Missouri; her grandchildren, Ramonalee O’Brien Haas, Katelee Athena Haas, Justin Robert Haas, Jr., Iszabella Renesmee Haas, and Emberlynn McClure; her brother Bob Tribble, of Arnold, Missouri; sisters, Brenda Kritzer and husband Wally of Roach, Missouri and Edna Marie Boyce and husband Donald, of the state of Florida; as well as a number of nieces, nephews, and a host of other relatives and many dear friends.

Dorothy was born in Arkansas and grew up St. Louis. She worked as an Office Clerk and Collections Agent for 7-UP Bottling Company for several years until her retirement. Dorothy and Casimir bought a lake house in the 1970’s and eventually moved to Roach full time following her retirement. In her spare time she loved working in her yard and going to the casino’s in Boonville, Tunica, Oklahoma and Las Vegas. She cherished the time spent with her family and friends.

Dorothy was a loving mother, grandmother, sister and aunt, and was a caring neighbor and friend. We celebrate her life and accomplishments and will treasure the many wonderful memories she has created for her family and friends.

A Celebration of Life ceremony will be held at Dorothy’s house on Memorial Day Weekend of 2023.
