Ed Boze

ED BOZE, JR. Louis Edward Boze Jr., son of Louis Edward Boze Sr. and Hazel Lorene Morris Boze, was born, November 5, 1952 in Camdenton, Missouri. He departed this life, Wednesday, December 12, 2012, in Springfield, Missouri at the age of sixty years, one month and seven days. On November 27, 1971 in Camdenton, Missouri, he was united in marriage to Kathryn Sue Eaton and to this union two sons were born. Together they shared forty-one years of marriage. He was preceded in death by a son, Brian Luke Boze; his parents; two brothers-in-law, Bruce Handley and Gene Kramer and his father-in-law, David "Duck" Eaton. Survivors include his wife, Kathy Boze of the home; a son, Doug Boze and wife Karrie of Linn Creek, Missouri; two grandchildren, Shelby and Reese Boze; two sisters, Rita Kramer of Clarksville, Texas and Debbie Handley of Lebanon, Missouri; a brother, David Boze of Springfield, Missouri, his mother-in-law, Lucille Eaton of Camdenton, Missouri and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. Ed was raised in Montreal, Missouri and was a graduate of Camdenton High School in the Class of 1970. His working career was spent in management for Walmart. He lived in various places as his job required and has lived in Springfield for the past fifteen years. Ed made a profession of faith and was a member of Linn Creek Baptist Church. In his spare time he enjoyed fishing and played golf earlier in life. Most of all, time spent with his family was important to him. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and uncle and a caring neighbor and friend. We celebrate his life and his accomplishments and will treasure the memories he created for his family and friends. Graveside funeral services and burial will be held at 3:00 p.m., Saturday, December 15, 2012 in Allee Memorial Gardens, Camdenton. Allee-Holman-Howe Funeral Home of Camdenton is assisting the family with arrangements.
