Eva Mae Reagan, daughter of Jack Branch and Inez Truelove North, was born, November 15, 1948 in Camden County, Missouri. She departed this life, Saturday, February 21, 2009 in Capitol Region Medical Center, Jefferson City, Missouri at the age of sixty years, three months and six days. On November 19, 1971 she was united in marriage to Ronald "Rick" Reagan. Together they shared the past thirty-seven years. She was preceded in death by her parents; her father and mother-in-law, Albert and Theresa Reagan; two nephews, Branch North and Brian Reeves; as well as a brother-in-law, Dee Stamper. Survivors include her loving husband, Rick Reagan of the home; three sisters, Patty J. Anderson of Lebanon, Missouri, Vicky L. Burns and husband Phil of Camdenton, Missouri and Kathy I. Stamper and Randy Reid of Linn Creek, Missouri; a brother, Herb North and wife Glenda of Camdenton, Missouri and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. Eva was raised in the Lake area and was a graduate of Eldon High School in the class of 1966. She made a profession of faith in Christ in her earlier years and followed the Baptist faith. Eva had worked for Southwestern Bell Telephone Company since the age of sixteen, retiring after thirty years of dedicated service. She led a very active life and took part in many activities. Her hobbies included skydiving, scuba diving, Para sailing, riding in light aircraft, flying radio controlled parachutists' and participating in Civil War re-enactments. She also was a Ham Radio Operator and had flown in a Concord three times. Eva had traveled across the United States, visiting such locations as Pike's Peak, Yellowstone National Park, Mount Rushmore and Cades Cove in Tennessee where she loved to count the many bear and deer. She enjoyed feeding the deer, turkey's, and raccoons at her home and had a pet rabbit named Peaty. Eva loved bluegrass music and enjoyed traveling the bluegrass circuit in Missouri with her husband Rick. Eva was a kind woman with a caring heart. We celebrate her life and accomplishments and will cherish the wonderful memories she has created for her family and friends. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, February 25, 2009 in Myetta Missionary Baptist Church with Brother Phil Burns and Dennis North officiating. Burial will follow in Pleasant Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday evening in the funeral home. Memorial donations may be made to the National Kidney Foundation and left at the funeral home. Arrangements are under the direction of Allee-Holman-Howe Funeral Home of Camdenton.
