Fern Baisch

FERN BAISCH Fern Alberta Baisch, daughter of Arthur L. and Edna Blanche Duggan Cartnal, was born, September 20, 1924 in St. Louis, Missouri. She departed this life, Friday, April 12, 2012 in Lake Regional Hospital, Osage Beach, Missouri at the age of eighty-seven years, six months and twenty-three days. She was preceded in death by her husbands, William J. Spargo and George R. Baisch; her parents and her step-son Steve. Survivors include her daughter; Shirley Hannah and her husband Art of Camdenton, Missouri; step-daughters, Cindy and Sheryl; grandchildren, Ray Hannah and Trish of Camdenton, Missouri and Lynnette Smith and husband John of Lake Ozark, Missouri; great-grandchildren, Raymond Hannah, Rachel Hannah, Wes Smith, Cody Smith and Kristin Smith; great-grandchildren, Kayden Hannah and Reed Smith and a host of other relatives and many friends. Fern lived in St. Louis, Missouri while she was younger and then lived most of her life in Lemay, Missouri. She worked for International Shoe Factory for several years. Later she moved to St. Clair, Missouri where she made her home for ten years. She moved to Camdenton, Missouri in 2003 where she spent the rest of her life. Fern had a zest for life. She had a special passion for dancing. Most of all she loved having a good time with her family and friends. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and a caring neighbor and friend. She touched many lives and will be missed by those who knew and loved her. Allee-Holman-Howe Funeral Home of Camdenton is assisting the family with arrangements.
