Frank Roman Steiner Frank Roman Steiner, son of Roman and Irma Sorge Steiner, was born December 11, 1957 in Longueil, Quebec. He departed this life on Thursday, March 5, 2020, in Lake Regional Hospital, Osage Beach, Missouri at the age of sixty-two years, two months and twenty-three days. On April 12, 1980 in the United Methodist Church in Camdenton, Missouri, he was united in marriage to the love of his life, Christine Ann Gilbert and to this union three beautiful daughters were born. Together they shared forty years of marriage. He was preceded in death by his mother. Survivors include his wife, Christine “Tina” Steiner of the home; his daughters, Kerstin Fisk and husband Evan of Los Angeles, California, Karissa Byler and husband Jacob of Osage Beach, Missouri and Courtney Steiner and fiancé Ross Bashinski of Fort Collins, Colorado; two granddaughters, Ella and Kara Byler; his father, Roman Steiner of Linn Creek, Missouri; his siblings, Hannah Chamberlain and husband Chris of Surprise, Arizona, Hardy Steiner and wife Isabel of London, Ontario and Mark Steiner and wife Debi of Linn Creek, Missouri as well as a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. Frank was raised in Longueil, Quebec and in 1972 his family moved to Holts Summit, Missouri and later to Camdenton, Missouri to have a better future. His life changed forever when he met his next-door neighbor, Tina. It was love at first sight for Tina, when she saw him come out of his driveway on his Suzuki motorcycle with his long dark flowing hair and dark tan. She was fifteen years old and he was eighteen. He graduated in the class of 1976 and worked with his friend Bill Smith restoring cars. He was a master mechanic and later worked for Hilltop Apco, Lakeside Auto and was still working for Stout Automotive at the time of his passing. Frank made a profession of faith and was a member of Heartland Church. In his younger years, he had a passion for restoring vehicles, especially his 1969 Firebird. He also could often be found skiing or riding dirt bikes as he dearly loved The Lake of the Ozarks. More recently, in his spare time, he enjoyed relaxing and spending time with his wife and pets while listening to Christian music or watching the Kansas City Chiefs. He was just ecstatic when they won the Super Bowl. He was a loving husband, dad, grandpa, son, brother and a caring neighbor and friend. We celebrate his life and his accomplishments and will treasure the wonderful memories he created for his family and friends. A Visitation will be held 2:00 PM, Monday, March 9, 2020 at the Heartland Worship Center in Camdenton, Missouri with a Celebration of Life service to follow at 3:00 PM. A Memorial Fund has been set up and donations may be left at the church. Arrangements are under the direction of Allee-Holman-Howe Funeral Home of Camdenton, Missouri.
