Gary Lee Roe, son of the late David Lee & Bevne (Bertrand) Roe, was born on June 8, 1953 and departed this life on January 24, 2024. At the time of his passing, Gary was seventy years, seven months and sixteen days of age.
Gary was preceded in passing by his parents; and his brother, Richard Roe.
He is survived by his wife, Sandy Roe; two children, Nicki Roe (Steve Preble) and Matt Roe; one brother, Jeff Roe; two grandchildren, Beau Preble and Kylie Preble. He also leaves behind many friends who will all truly miss him.
Gary was born in Corpus Christi, Texas but raised in California until moving to Golden, Colorado, where he would later graduate from high school. On November 27, 1982, Gary was united in marriage to Sandy Forrest, together they would share forty-one years of marriage and raise their two children. While the children were at a young age, they moved to Camdenton, Missouri. Throughout his working career, Gary was known as a trim carpenter and very proud of his trade, owning his own company, Rosewood Construction for many years.
In his spare time, he enjoyed golfing, playing baseball early in his life and watching in his later years, playing corn hole, and cheering on his beloved Denver Broncos. Above all, he truly loved spending time fishing and camping with his family, especially his grandkids.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Allee-Holman-Howe Funeral Home of Camdenton, Missouri.
