HAROLD G. WEBB, SR. Harold Glen Webb, son of the late Jesse James and Vergie Mary Jackson Webb, was born, July 22, 1931 in Decaturville, Missouri. He departed this life, Friday, September 5, 2008 in Lake Regional Hospital, Osage Beach, Missouri at the age of seventy-seven years, one month and fourteen days. Survivors include his wife, Maxie Webb of the home; two sons, Jesse Webb of Blue Springs, Missouri and Harold Webb, Jr. and wife Kristina of Camdenton, Missouri; four step-children, Charles Palmer and wife Pauline of Blue Springs, Missouri, Michael Palmer of Montrose, Colorado, Kelly Steinmetz and husband Walter of Yuma, Arizona and Susan Hayward and husband Ted of Tea, South Dakota; ten grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; two sisters, Ruth Denny and husband Goss of Camdenton, Missouri and Betty Gully of Marshfield and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Harold was a life-long resident of Camden County and had worked various jobs throughout his life. He was an avid outdoorsman and especially enjoyed hunting. Every summer, he looked forward to picking blackberries. Most of all he enjoyed spending time with family and friends. Harold was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and uncle and was a caring neighbor and friend. We celebrate his life and his accomplishments and will treasure the memories he created for his family and friends. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m., Tuesday, September 9, 2008 in Allee-Holman-Howe Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Myetta Cemetery. Visitation will be from 1-3 p.m., Tuesday in the funeral home. Memorial donations may be made to a fund established to assist the family and left at the funeral home. Arrangements are under the direction of Allee-Holman-Howe Funeral Home of Camdenton.
