Janet Lucille Webb

Our beloved mom, grandma, great-grandma, sister and aunt, passed away on December 15, 2023, in Nixa, Missouri. She leaves a void in our lives to be in the presence of her Lord; she leaves us with an abundance of cherished memories to be at peace with her Savior Jesus.

Janet Lucille Webb, was born in Blackfoot, Idaho on January 19, 1943. She was the daughter of Hans and Thelma Hennebold, was raised in Pingree, Idaho and spent much of her life, no stranger to the Idaho farm scene and lots of hard work. She was a big sister to five siblings, a wife of fifty-nine years, and a wonderful mom, grandma and great-grandma.

Janet is preceded in death by her parents (Hans & Thelma); her husband (Bruce); her sister (Judy), and a nephew (Jeremy). She is survived by her children, Lisa (Jim), Trevor and Jenifer (Tyy); her grandchildren, Adam (Katie), Samuel (Noel), Caleb, Zach (Catherine), and Ashylyn; her two (soon to be three) great grandsons; and her siblings Nancy (Steve), Alan, Connie (Larry), and Jon (Karla).

Mom not only raised her children while working on the farm, and being a homemaker (like no other), but she and Dad also owned and operated a Christian bookstore for a time, as their passion was to encourage anyone who wanted to learn about the word of Jesus Christ. She was always very involved in her family’s lives, attending events, offering support and wisdom in all types of situations, and just being an overall generous person.

To say she was a large presence in our lives and will be greatly missed Is an understatement, but no words can accurately describe how much she meant to us.

A graveside memorial was held on December 17, 2023 at 3:00 p.m. Her children and grandchildren honored her memory with contribution of shared memories, scripture, prayer, devotionals and song.
