JEANNETTE DRIVER Jeannette Georgia Driver, daughter of Fridolf George and Anna Sophia Nelson Swanson, was born, January 16, 1915 in Minneapolis, Minnesota. She departed this life, Monday, April 21, 2014, in Windsor Estates Care Center, Camdenton, Missouri at the age of ninety-nine years, three months and five days. On April 27, 1940 in Chicago, Illinois, she was united in marriage to George Rendall Driver and to this union three daughters were born. Together they shared thirty-four years of marriage until his passing on July 13, 1974. She was also preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Clara Andrea Hartman and a great-grandson, Alex Wachholz. Survivors include her daughters, Andrea Dauksa of Elmhurst, Illinois, Beverly Bleck of Camdenton, Missouri and Dawn Lisner and husband Charlie of Bolingbrook, Illinois; five grandchildren, Rich Bleck of High Ridge, Missouri, Janet Holt and husband Jim of Plainfield Illinois, Rob Bleck and wife Melissa of Camdenton, Missouri, Jill Wachholz of Lombard, Illinois and Susan Perryman of O'Fallon, Missouri; thirteen great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild and one on the way and a host of other relatives and many friends. Jeannette was raised in Minnesota and at the age of ten moved to Chicago. She lived there until 1972 when she moved to Arkansas. Due to health reasons, she then moved to the Lake of the Ozarks in 2011. Jeannette made a profession of faith and was a member of 101 Presbyterian Church in Gamaliel, Arkansas where she was in the Women Of the Church group. She was also a member of Gamaliel Gals Fire Department Auxiliary. She was an artist who loved doing wood carving and painting. She had a knack for growing and arranging flowers. There wasn't a crossword puzzle she couldn't solve and she was an avid pinochle player. She was a loving mother and grandmother and a caring neighbor and friend. We celebrate her life and her accomplishments and will treasure the memories she created for her family and friends. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, April 25, 2014 in Our Savior's Lutheran Church under the direction of Allee-Holman-Howe Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m., Thursday in the funeral home. Memorial donations may be made to Our Savior's Lutheran Church or Windsor Estates and left at the funeral home. Allee-Holman-Howe Funeral Home of Camdenton is assisting the family with arrangements.
