JEP DENNY Jessie Lee Denny, son of Samuel Arthur and Edna Sandage Denny, was born, July 10, 1930 in, Camdenton, Missouri. He departed this life, Wednesday, March 18, 2015, in Lake Regional Hospital, Osage Beach, Missouri at the age of eighty-four years, eight months and eight days. On March 25, 1954 in Camdenton, Missouri, he was united in marriage to Acey Lea Looney. Together they shared sixty years of marriage until her passing on January 29, 2015. He was also preceded in death by his parents; a daughter, Patricia Denny; three brothers, Johnny, Glenn and Lester Denny; four sisters, Gracie Coleman, Mabel Coleman, Leonna Moreland and Ruby Price; two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Survivors include three children, Karen Beasley of Lebanon, Missouri, Steve Denny and wife Vicky of Afton, Oklahoma and Larry Denny and wife Donna of Lebanon, Missouri; seven grandchildren; twenty-two great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. Jep was a life-long resident of Camden County. He worked at Lowe’s Boats in Lebanon for many years. He was well-known for being a dog breeder and raised many beagle and terrier pups. Jep made a profession of faith and was a member of Webster Grove Missionary Baptist Church In his spare time he enjoyed being outdoors, especially hunting. He liked talking on C.B. radios. He always enjoyed working with his dogs. Most of all, time spent with his family was special to him. He was a loving father and grandfather and a caring neighbor and friend. We celebrate his life and his accomplishments and will treasure the memories he created for his family and friends. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Monday, March 23, 2015 in Allee-Holman-Howe Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Myetta Cemetery, Camdenton. Visitation will be from 1-2 p.m., Monday in the funeral home. Allee-Holman-Howe Funeral Home of Camdenton is assisting the family with arrangements.
