He and Kathy loved watching their grandchildren participate in sports, play productions, and any other type of school extracurricular activities. Throughout the years Jim, loved helping make his grandchildren’s Halloween outfits and props, and had a vast collection of Monopoly board games. In his retirement Jim enjoyed growing and propagating many plants and trees. Jim never met a stranger. No matter where he travelled, someone always seemed to recognize him. His personality was infectious as he loved to joke, tease, and give those he loved and cared for a hard time. If you were on the receiving end of his joking around, you knew he cared for you dearly. Jim was a loving and a caring neighbor and friend. We celebrate his life and his accomplishments and will treasure the memories he created for his family and friends.
