Joe Mcleod

JOE McLEOD Timothy Joseph McLeod, son of Timothy Arnold McLeod and Gina Marilyn Sheffield, was born, May 9, 1984 in Troy, North Carolina. He departed this life, Thursday, November 22, 2007 near Linn Creek, Missouri at the age of twenty-three years, six months and thirteen days. On April 23, 2003, he was united in marriage to LaDawna Marie Stough and to this union one son was born and another unborn son is due soon. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Ronald and Carolyn Hulin. Survivors include his loving wife, LaDawna of the home; his son, Nate McLeod also of the home; an unborn son; his mother, Gina McLeod of Vass, North Carolina; his father, Tim McLeod of Troy, North Carolina; a step-father, Joe Brown of Vass, North Carolina; a sister, Carrie McLeod of Carthage, North Carolina; an aunt and uncles, Jane and Larry Minshew of Zebulon, North Carolina and Jay Sheffield of Robbins, North Carolina; a cousin, Janice Sheffield of Robbins, North Carolina and a host of other relatives and friends. Joe was raised in Rocky Mount, North Carolina and spent most of his life in North Carolina. While in Arizona he met LaDawna and together they moved to North Carolina and were married. They moved to the Lake of the Ozarks area less than one year ago. He worked in construction and did all phases of residential construction. In his spare time, he enjoyed fishing and working on cars. Most of all, he enjoyed time spent with his wife and son. Joe was a loving husband, father, son, brother, nephew and cousin and was a caring neighbor and friend. We celebrate his life and accomplishments and will treasure the memories he created for his family and friends. A visitation will be from 2-4 p.m., Sunday in Allee-Holman-Howe Funeral Home. Cremation will follow the visitation. Arrangements are under the direction of Allee-Holman-Howe Funeral Home of Camdenton.
