Joseph William Beeman, son of Ronald Allen and Donna Sue-Meyer Beeman, was born August 10, 1983 in Shreveport, Louisiana. He departed this life August 14, 2016 in Columbia, Missouri, at the age of thirty-three years and four days. His paternal grandparents, Harold J. and Shirley A. Beeman; his maternal grandfather, Donald W. Meyer; and an aunt, Julia Russian, preceded Joseph in death. He is survived by his parents, Ronald and Donna Beeman, of Linn Creek, Missouri; his children, Emma Sue Beeman and Edon Allen Beeman; his sister, Julie Maria Beeman, of Linn Creek, Missouri; his nieces and nephews, whom he thought of as his own, Dylan and Kaitlyn Jackson, and Logan Beeman-Brown; his maternal grandmother, Doris A. Meyer, of Linn Creek, Missouri; his aunts and uncles, Mark and Jane Hale, Karen and Mick Lesniak, and Tammy and Joe Holland; as well as a host of cousins, other relatives, and many dear friends. Joseph was born in Shreveport and at the age of eleven he started participating in Civil War Re-Enactments with his father and for many years they traveled the country participating in numerous re-enactments. His work in the Civil war Re-enactments even put him in front of the camera on a few occasions in the movies, “Ride with the Devil” and “The Patriot.” He also participated in the Natchitoches Christmas Parade in his earlier years and was a self taught bugler. Joseph and his family moved to Missouri in 1997 and he was a graduate of Hazelwood East High School in 2002. Joseph moved to the Lake of the Ozarks in 2004 and enjoyed living at the lake. He was a certified scuba diver, avid water skier, and enjoyed fishing and boating in his spare time. Joseph was baptized as an infant on Labor Day weekend in St. Matthew’s Lutheran Church in Conroe, Texas, and was a member of Hope Lutheran Church in Osage Beach, Missouri. Joseph was a loving father, son, brother, grandson, and uncle, and was a caring neighbor and friend. We celebrate his life and accomplishments and will treasure the many wonderful memories he has created for his family and many dear friends. Funeral services will be held at 7:00 p.m. Monday, August 29, 2016 in Hope Lutheran Church in Osage Beach, Missouri. Visitation will be from 5:00-7:00 p.m. Monday evening in the church. Graveside services and burial will be at 1:30 p.m., Tuesday, August 30, 2016 in Bellefontaine Cemetery, St. Louis, Missouri. Arrangements are under the direction of the Allee-Holman-Howe Funeral Home of Camdenton, Missouri.
