Karen Nash

Karen Lynn Nash, 68, of Camdenton, MO, passed away peacefully on August 17, 2024, at Lake Regional Hospital in Osage Beach, MO.


Born on May 16, 1956, in Boulder, CO, to Barbara Ann Farrar and Martin Lewis Shaw, Karen was cherished by all who knew her for her selfless love of animals, kindness, generosity, and unconditional love. She graduated from Blue Springs High School in MO on May 17, 1974, and later earned her degree in Cosmetology. Karen also had a fulfilling career in the Hospitality Industry.


On May 2, 1998, Karen married Timothy M. Yeagle in Johnson County, MO. The couple divorced in 2018, after which Karen relocated to the Lake of the Ozarks in MO.  Karen had grown up coming to the lake as a child and always wanted to live at the Lake of the Ozarks.


Karen’s passions included art and painting, music, nature, travel, and holistic awareness practices such as earthing and astrology. Her spirit was filled with love and light, touching everyone she met. She also cherished caring for aged family members while living in Kingsville, MO.


Karen will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Her legacy of sharing love and light will continue to inspire those she leaves behind.
