Karl Tempest

Karl Tempest Karl Richard Tempest, son of Joseph Thomas and Donna Rae Urschel Tempest, was born April 22, 1981 in Houston, Texas. He departed this life September 24, 2016 in his home, at the age of thirty-five years, five months, and two days. He is survived by his parents, father Joseph Thomas Tempest of Sugarland, Texas and mother; Donna Urschel Tempest of Linn Creek, Missouri; his brother, Eric (Boo) Andrew Tempest, of Sugarland, Texas; his nephew, Evan Wayne Tempest; his uncle, David Carl Urschel of Hanna, Indiana; his cousins, Jimmy and Micheal Urschel of Hanna Indiana; as well as a host of cousins, other relatives, and many dear friends. Karl grew up in Sugarland, Texas and attended Clements High School. He moved to Linn Creek, Missouri, in 1999 and attended Camdenton High School. Karl worked as a waiter and supervisor at the Alamo Brew House in Houston, Texas for several years. He then moved to Caliente, Nevada where he worked as Drug and Alcohol Counselor for several years. He also cooked at the Senior Center in Osage Beach, Missouri. Karl was a kind and loving man who touched many lives. He was a wonderful son and friend. He was a great cook, was a joy to be around and was quite the gentleman. We will all miss him very much. A celebration of life for Karl will be held, October 1, 2016 at 3:30 p.m. at Donna’s House. Arrangements are under the direction of the Allee-Holman-Howe Funeral Home of Camdenton, Missouri.
