Kenard Vernon Wasmer

Kenard Vernon Wasmer, son of Velma Wasmer, was born on March 26, 1961 in Lebanon, MO.

He departed this life, May 1, 2024, in his home in Macks Creek, MO at the age of 63 years, 1 months and 5 days.

On May 20, 1989 he was united in marriage to Tammy and to this union one child was born. Together they shared almost 35 years of marriage.

He was preceded in death by his mother and his grandmother, Grace.

He is survived by his wife, Tammy Layton and son, Leonard.

Kenard made a profession as a truck driver, logging many miles over the years.

He was a man of faith and had a very positive outlook on life.

In his spare time he enjoyed hunting, fishing and riding his motorcycle with Tammy.

He was a loving and a caring husband, father, neighbor and friend. We celebrate his life and his accomplishments and will treasure the memories he created for his family and friends.
