Kenneth Kenny" Carl Martin Kenneth Carl Martin, son of Homer “Jack” Harold and Ruby Helen Leffert Martin, was born, October 26, 1955 in Camdenton, Missouri. He departed this life, Wednesday evening, September 28, 2016, in Montreal, Missouri, at the age of sixty years, eleven months and two days. On May 22, 1998, he was united in marriage to Tracy Pauline Eidson and together they shared fourteen wonderful years of marriage till her passing on August 25, 2012. Besides his wife Tracy, he was preceded in death by his parents; his sister-in-law, Rickie Lynn Martin and his father-in-law, George Eidson. He is survived by his children, Justin Eidson and wife Heather of Montreal, Missouri, Kimber Claiborn and husband Michael of Montreal, Missouri; his siblings, Virginia Lowery and husband Don of Lebanon, Missouri, Norma Emry and husband Tom of Camdenton, Missouri, Frank Martin and Sonra Siegel of Holt, Missouri, Liz Dulle of Camdenton, Missouri and Wayne Martin of Camdenton, Missouri; grandchildren, Kadin, Kyle and Maddison Eidson and Ethan and Eli Claiborn; sister-in-law, Tammi Martin; mother-in-law, Wanda Mae Eidson of Roach, Missouri, special friend, Debbie Burns of Montreal, Missouri and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and many, many friends. Kenny had always made Camdenton his home. He was a graduate of the class of 1974 from Camdenton High School. He had many skills running heavy equipment, farming and welding. He had worked for Kenny Carroll Excavating for fifteen years and then for the last four years, he worked side-by-side with his son-in-law Michael. Kenny was a believer in Christ and a member of Myetta Missionary Baptist Church. In his spare time he had many passions. He loved to work in his garden, taking care of his dogs, Sammy and Cass and helping everyone. Anytime he heard of someone needing something done or if anyone asked him for help, he was right there for them. What he enjoyed the most though, was time spent with his grandchildren. He would take them hunting and fishing, teaching them all of his secrets that they will always treasure. Kenny was a loving dad, papa, brother, son-in-law, and a caring neighbor and friend. Everyone will treasure the time they spent with Kenny and the memories that he has created for all of them. Memorial services will be held at noon, Saturday, October 1, 2016 in Allee-Holman-Howe Funeral Home, Camdenton, Missouri. Visitation will be from 10-noon in the funeral home. Memorial donations may be made to a fund for the grandchildren’s education and left at the funeral home. Arrangements are under the direction of Allee-Holman-Howe Funeral Home of Camdenton.
