Laneva Jean Fields

LaNeva Jean (Roderick) Fields, 66, died Friday, October 26, 2018 in Jefferson City, Missouri. Born December 15, 1951 in Eldorado, Kansas, she was a daughter of the late Ben and Doris (Payne) Roderick. LaNeva was united in marriage to the late Robert Fields December 30, 2003. She was a caring soul with a heart of gold, putting everyone ahead of herself. She loved to garden, shop and craft. LaNeva professed her faith in God at an early age. She was a member of Faith Bible Chapel South in Sheridan, Colorado and most recently New Home Baptist Church in Camdenton, Missouri. Survivors include two sons, Bruce Hall and Kristina, of Camdenton, Robert Ben Hall and Andrea, of Springfield, Missouri; two sisters, Bonnie Waybright of Camdenton, Missouri, Virginia Ginger Winkler, of Dodge City, Kansas; two brothers, Rick Roderick and Stan Roderick, both of Roach, Missouri. Five grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews also survive. Besides her husband, Robert Fields (October 24, 2012) and her parents, LaNeva was preceded in death by a sister, Barbara Owens. A funeral service will be held, Saturday, November 3, 2018 at 2:00 PM in New Home Baptist Church, Camdenton, Missouri. Visitation will be from 12:00 noon prior to the service. Burial will follow in New Home Baptist Church cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Allee-Holman-Howe Funeral Home, Camdenton, Missouri.
