Leroy Michael Neuzil

LeRoy Michael Neuzil, son of the late Edward & Genevieve Neuzil, was born on May 8, 1936 and departed this life on February 14, 2023. At the time of his passing, he was eighty-six years, nine months and six days of age.

LeRoy was preceded in passing by his parents; three brothers, Ronald, Jim and Terry Neuzil; and one daughter, Laura Bergmann.

He is survived by his wife, Deborah Neuzil; three children, Dawn Trowbridge, Jeffery & wife Erin Rouse and Shannon & husband Jay Miget; grandchildren, Autumn, Chelsea, Dakota, Colton, Caleb, Andrew, Micah and Grace; one brother, Bob Neuzil. He also leaves behind many friends and other family members who will all truly miss him.

LeRoy was born in Chicago, Illinois and would later graduate from high school in the Chicago area. Following his high school graduation, he enrolled in college, taking a few courses in psychology. He then worked a few different jobs in the Chicago area before moving to Sunrise Beach, Missouri in 1982. On December 1, 1984, he was united in marriage to Deborah Smith.

He made a profession of faith and was a member of Elim Foursquare Church; truly enjoying God’s beauty that surrounded him.

In his free time, spend time maintaining the appearance of the lawn, always making sure the lawn was mowed, the exact way he wanted it. He also used to enjoy to fish, watch wildlife, spend time with his dog and read a good book.
