MARIANNE STEPKA Marianne (Burda) Stepanek-Stepka, 85, of Camdenton, Missouri passed away Monday, February 2, 2015 in Osage Beach Rehabilitation and Health Care, Osage Beach, Missouri. Marianne was born on September 24, 1929 in Cicero, Illinois to Joseph and Lucille Burda. She went to Burnham Grammar School and Morton High School. She worked at Western Electric as an Inspector. She married Frank Stepanek, Jr. and had four children. Together they shared thirty-one years of marriage before his passing. She later married Raymond C. Stepka and they had twelve years before he passed. She is survived by her children, Richard Stepanek, Jackie Greer and Thomas Stepanek; a son-in-law, Wayne Krall; many grandchildren and great grandchildren and other relatives and friends. More than anything, she loved and enjoyed her family. She also loved music, dancing, gardening, cooking and helping others when needed. She was a member of the Milstone Wheelers Square Dance Club for years. She was a life-time member for Continus and a twenty year member of the American Legion Auxiliary in Sunrise Beach, Missouri. She was an OATS Transportation volunteer for thirteen years. A family service will be held at a later date in Oak Ridge-Glen Oak Cemetery, Hillside, Illinois. Memorial donations may be made to the American Lung Association. Allee-Holman-Howe Funeral Home of Camdenton is assisting the family with cremation arrangements.
