Mark David Hull, son of Kenneth and Darlene Krantz Hull, was born February 23, 1954 in Chester, Illinois. He departed this life Wednesday, August 17, 2016 in Lake Regional Hospital, Osage Beach, Missouri, at the age of sixty-two years, five months, and twenty-five days. On April 4, 1975, Mark was united in marriage to Deborah Bretsch and to this union one daughter was born. Mark was preceded in death by his parents; and a brother, Jeffrey Hull. He is survived by his wife, Deborah, of the home; his daughter, Kathryn Huffman and husband Michael, of Springfield, Missouri; a grandson, Cooper Huffman; granddaughter, Carter Huffman; a sister, Sheila Hull, of Topeka, Kansas; as well as a number of nieces, and a host of other relatives and many dear friends. Mark was born in Chester, Illinois and spent time living in Granite City and Bloomington until moving to Belleville, Illinois and was a graduate of Belleville East High School. Mark worked for Magna Bank in Belleville for twenty years before moving to the Lake of the Ozarks where he owned and operated Kapilana Resort for twelve years. He sold real estate for twenty years, initially with First Lake Realty, then with REMAX Lake of the Ozarks-Jacob’s Real Estate Partners where he earned the Top Producing Team Member Award in 2015. Mark was an avid golfer and was a regular in the Sycamore Creek Monday Night Men’s League and the Inter City Senior Golf League. He had hit two hole-in-ones during his beloved golfing career. Mark had a deep love for his family, golf, the lake, and his team at REMAX. We celebrate his life and accomplishments and will treasure the many wonderful memories he has created for his family and many dear friends. Memorial services will be held 11:00 a.m., Saturday, September 24, 2016 at St. Anthony Catholic Church, Camdenton, Missouri. Visitation will be held from 9:30 – 11:00 a.m. at the church. After the service, the church will serve a luncheon. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Anthony Catholic Church and left at the church or the funeral home. Arrangements are under the care of Allee-Holman-Howe Funeral Home, Camdenton, Missouri.
