MARTHA HARTLEY Martha Jane Gibson Hartley died peacefully on Sunday, April 14, 2013 while staying at the home of her granddaughter, Missy Smith. She was born May 10, 1918 in Habersham County, Georgia the daughter of Arthur Oscar and Laura Jane Edwards Gibson. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband of forty-nine years, Charlie U. Hartley; her daughter Mary Jane Hartley Williams; a son-in-law, Don Williams; a granddaughter, Amelia Jane Williams Tull; a grandson, Jason Allen Hartley and all of her five brothers and two sisters. She is survived by her sons, James "Jim" Hartley and Charlie "Buddy" Hartley, Jr. both of Yuma Arizona; ten grandchildren, Missy Smith, John Williams, Donnie Williams, Nathan Williams and Sara Weber all of Camdenton and Linn Creek, Missouri and Ty Hartley, Wesley Hartley, Stefanie Vogt, Melissa Haile and Russell Hartley all of Yuma, Arizona; twenty great-grandchildren and one great-great granddaughter. Martha was a loving mother and grandmother and a caring neighbor and friend. She will be missed greatly, but her memory will linger on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her. A funeral service will be held at a later date in Yuma, Arizona under the direction of Johnson Mortuary, Yuma. Burial will be in Desert Lawn Memorial Park. Memorial donations may be made to Regional Hospice and left at Allee-Holman-Howe Funeral Home. Allee-Holman-Howe Funeral Home of Camdenton is assisting the family with local arrangements.
