Milton Harold Byler

MILTON HAROLD BYLER Milton Harold Byler, son of Hugh Vaughn and Sandra Lee Cox Byler, was born, March 28, 1966 in St. Louis, Missouri. He departed this life, Thursday, February 5, 2015, in his home, Linn Creek, Missouri at the age of forty-eight years, ten months and eight days. He was preceded in death by his father; his twin brother Matthew Vaughan Byler; his maternal grandparents Harold and Barbara Cox and his paternal grandparents Hubert and Mabel Byler. Survivors include his mother, Sandra Byler of Linn Creek, Missouri; three children, Chelsey Cisar and husband Mike of St. Louis, Missouri, Chad Byler of Linn Creek, Missouri and Riki Byler of Covington, Tennessee; a sister, Esther Black of Camdenton, Missouri; nieces and nephews, Ciara and Hugh Byler and Samantha, Jake and Nicholas Oestreich and a host of other relatives and many friends. Milton was raised in Linn Creek and was a graduate of Camdenton High School in the class on 1984. He was a life-long resident of the lake area and worked as a house painter. In his spare time, he enjoyed his horses. He was a craftsman and made knives and did leatherwork. Most of all, time spent with family and friends was important to him. He was a loving son, father, brother and uncle and a caring neighbor and friend. He touched many lives and his memory will linger on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Monday, February 9, 2015 in Linn Creek Baptist Church. Burial will be in Freedom Cemetery, Montreal. Memorial donations may be made to the family and left at the funeral home. Allee-Holman-Howe Funeral Home of Camdenton is assisting the family with arrangements.
