Nancy Elaine Zeimet

Nancy Elaine Zeimet, daughter of Clarence W. Davis and Winifred (Wick) Davis was born August 1, 1943 in Lake City, Iowa. She departed this life December 30, 2024 in Osage Beach, Missouri at the age of eighty-one years, four months and twenty-nine days.


On January 13, 1993, in Las Vegas, Nevada, she was united in marriage to Adrian John Zeimet. Together they shared 20 years of marriage until Adrian’s passing.


Nancy was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Adrian; Daughter, Jill Chadwick; Daughter, Shawn Wikoff; Daughter, Debera Zeimet; Sister, Mary Dickinson; and Nephew, Scott Dickinson.


She is survived by her daughter, Holly James and Chris of Camdenton, Missouri; daughter, Conni Bruce of Glenwood Springs, Colorado; son, David Faiferlick and Karen of Lake Ozark, Missouri; son Frank Zeimet and Kim of Kearney, Missouri; son, John Zeimet and Joyce of Camdenton, Missouri; son Robert Zeimet and Barb of DeSoto, Wisconsin; Daughter Cathy Stevenson of DeSoto, Wisconsin; son, Kenny Zeimet of Smithville, Missouri; daughter, Teresa Jandrey and Tim of Gilbert, Minnesota; sister, Sally Harms of Vinton, Iowa; brother Dan Davis and Karyl; niece Paula Thorton of West Des Moines, Iowa; 27 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.


Nancy was raised and attended school in Moreland, Iowa. When she moved to Lake of the Ozarks, she co-owned and operated Valintine Marine for over 30 years.


In her spare time, she enjoyed traveling all over the country, including PBR finals in Las Vegas. She loved music, especially George Strait, antiques shopping, and decorating the house for every holiday. Nancy also loved reading, tending flowers in her yard, and family dinners and holidays. Perhaps above all else, Nancy absolutely loved spending time with her grandkids and great-grandkids.


She was a loving and a caring neighbor and friend. We celebrate her life and her accomplishments and will treasure the memories she created for her family and friends.


Funeral services will be held on Thursday, January 2, 2025 at Allee-Holman-Howe Funeral Home in Camdenton, Missouri, beginning at 1:00 pm. Burial will follow at Garber Memorial Estates Cemetery in Versailles, Missouri. Visitation will be from 12:00 pm until time of service in the funeral home.


Arrangements are under the direction of Allee-Holman-Howe Funeral Home, Camdenton, Missouri.
