Nancy Jean Logan departed this life on April 17, 2018 while in the presence of loved ones. She was born December 27, 1929 in Clinton, Missouri. She was the daughter of George Addison Mayer and Minnie Clarissa Stevens. She was eighty-eight years, three months and twenty-one days of age. Nancy was united in marriage to Robert W. Logan on June 5, 1949. He was the love of her life. They had one child, a daughter named Cheryl. Together, they shared thirty-seven years of marriage. Nancy made a profession of faith at an early age. She was an active member of St. Anthony’s Catholic Church in Camdenton, Missouri. She cherished the time she spent with The Crafty Ladies. Before retiring, Nancy was a nurse at Pulaski County Memorial Hospital and then a PBX Operator for the Lodge of Four Seasons. In Nancy’s spare time, she enjoyed handwork, baking and gardening, but most of all she enjoyed spending time with loved ones. Her grandchildren meant the world to her; she was actively involved in all aspects of their lives. There was not a single sports event or school function that she did not try to attend. Nancy was survived by her daughter, Cheryl Frandsen and husband Scott of Camdenton, Missouri; her granddaughter, Dr. Erin Frandsen and fiancé Cody Moore of Lonedell, Missouri; grandson, Eric Frandsen of Camdenton, Missouri; nieces Sheila Colin, Jacquelyn Asher, Marilyn Tinkler and Sue Baughman; nephew Robert F. Benavidez; a very special cousin, Charles Hull; seven great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert W. Logan; her parents; step-mother, May Mayer; sister, Lucie Schwartz; and two brothers, William and George Mayer. Nancy was a loving and caring mother, grandmother, friend and neighbor. She will be greatly missed, but she will live on in the lives of each of us. The memories created with family and friends will be treasured forever. Please join us as we celebrate her life and her accomplishments. Memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, April 28, 2018 at Allee-Holman-Howe Funeral Home, Camdenton, Missouri. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until time of service.
