Peg Leonarduzzi

PEG LEONARDUZZI Priscilla Elaine Leonarduzzi, daughter of Adolph William and Ruth Marie Bouchard Gerspach, was born, July 11, 1941 in Chicago, Illinois. She departed this life, Thursday, August 15, 2013, in her home, Camdenton, Missouri at the age of seventy-two years, one month and four days. On September 10, 1960 in, Chicago, Illinois, she was united in marriage to Louis John Leonarduzzi and to this union three sons were born. Together they shared fifty-two years of marriage. She was preceded in death by her parents. Survivors include her husband, Lou Leonarduzzi of Camdenton, Missouri; three sons Steven Leonarduzzi and wife Erin of Rogersville, Missouri; Alan Leonarduzzi of Camdenton, Missouri and Phil Leonarduzzi and wife Lisa of Stoutland, Missouri; four grandchildren, Danielle, Louis, Jaiden and Laiken and other relatives and many friends. Peg was raised in Chicago, Illinois and was a graduate to Roosevelt High School. After she and Lou were married they made their home in Arlington Heights, Illinois and they moved to Camdenton, Missouri in 1974. She was a wonderful homemaker and a help-mate to her husband at Bonaire Resort for fifteen years. She enjoyed socializing with all the vacationers by swimming, skiing and being a great hostess to all. In her spare time, she enjoyed cooking and made many tasty dishes. In her early years, she was a talented accordion player and taught lessons on the accordion for many years. She loved her family and enjoyed spending time with them, especially her grandchildren. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother and a caring neighbor and friend. We celebrate her life and will hold tight the many memories she created for her family to treasure. Graveside funeral services and burial will be held at 5:00 p.m., Monday, August 19, 2013 in Dale Blair Memorial Cemetery under the direction of Allee-Holman-Howe Funeral Home of Camdenton. Visitation will be from 3-5 p.m., Monday in the funeral home. Allee-Holman-Howe Funeral Home of Camdenton is assisting the family with arrangements.
