REGINA ALLISON Regina Magdalena Allison, daughter of Arlet Cline and Anna Magdalena Richard Teasley, was born, August 21, 1931 in Meridith County, Kansas. She departed this life, Monday, June 16, 2014, in her home, Linn Creek, Missouri at the age of eighty-two years, nine months and twenty-six days. On October 20, 1951 in Glasgow, Kansas, she was united in marriage to Paul Edwin Allison and to this union four children were born. Together they shared fifty years of marriage until his passing on August 11, 2002. She was also preceded in death by her parents; a son, James Allison; two sisters, OnaMae Eustice, Clarine Pilcher and three brothers, Joseph, Erven and Armond Teasley. Survivors include her children Steve Allison of Cortez, Colorado, Larry Allison and wife Karen of Costa Mesa, California and Debra Richardson of Linn Creek, Missouri; ten grandchildren; twenty-four great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; a brother, Gene Teasley of Manhattan, Kansas; a sister, Rosemary Luthi and husband Elvin of Minneapolis, Kansas and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. Regina was raised in Kansas and was a graduate of Glasgow High School. After her marriage, they made their home in Salina, Kansas. In 1963, they moved to California and in 1990, they retired to Camdenton, Missouri. She worked as a waitress for many years. Regina was baptized into the Catholic Church and was a member of St. Anthony Catholic Church in Camdenton. She loved her church and very involved in many activities there. In her spare time, she loved to crochet and was a volunteer at the L.A.M.B. House. "Grandma Grumpy" was very proud of her grandchildren and loved to brag about and make over them. She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister and aunt and a caring neighbor and friend. We celebrate her life and her accomplishments and will treasure the memories she created for her family and friends. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, June 18, 2014 in St. Anthony Catholic Church under the direction of Allee-Holman-Howe Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 10-11 a.m., Wednesday in the church. A second Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, June 20, 2014 in St. Anthony Catholic Church, Miltonvale, Kansas under the direction of Phelps Funeral Home, Miltonvale. Burial will follow in Miltonvale Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10-11 a.m., Friday in the church. Memorial donations may be made to Hospice Compassus, American Cancer Society or St. Anthony Catholic Church, Camdenton. Allee-Holman-Howe Funeral Home of Camdenton is assisting the family with arrangements.
