Rick Allen Stone

Rick Allen Stone, son of Leo Ralph and Janice D. Eickhoff Stone, was born, October 29, 1959 in Davenport, Iowa. He departed this life, Saturday, July 27, 2019, in Mercy Hospital, Lebanon, Missouri at the age of fifty-nine years, eight months and twenty-eight days. He was preceded in death by dad. Survivors include his mother, Janice Stone of Eldridge, Missouri; a daughter, Jessica Bernice: his siblings, Dennis Stone of Eldridge, Missouri, Shellie Potter and husband Mike of Banning, California and Leon Stone and wife Cheryl of Plainview, Minnesota and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. Rick was raised in Davenport, Iowa where he graduated from Davenport High School. He had worked numerous jobs over his lifetime. Rick was of the Baptist faith. In his spare time, he did Dremel work and had recently gotten into small engine repair. He had a passion for fishing and had just bought a new rod and reel and his fishing license. He also loved to eat sweets of any kind. He was a loving son, dad, brother, uncle and a caring neighbor and friend. We celebrate his life and his accomplishments and will treasure the memories he created for his family and friends. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, August 1, 2019, in Allee-Holman-Howe Funeral Home, Camdenton, Missouri. Burial will follow in Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Camdenton, Missouri. Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. until time of service in the funeral home. Memorial donations may be made to the Pleasant Hill Cemetery and left at the funeral home. Arrangements are under the direction of Allee-Holman-Howe Funeral Home of Camdenton, Missouri.
