SARAH WRODA Sarah Bernice Catarina Wroda, daughter of Osmar Morales Licardie and Kimberly Ann Wroda, was born, February 12, 1991 in Chicago, Illinois. She departed this life, Friday, November 1, 2013, in Camdenton, Missouri at the age of twenty-two years, eight months and twenty days. Survivors include her children, McKinzie and Johnathon Powers of the home; her mother, Kimberly Wroda; her father, Osmar Licardie; four brothers, Brandon, Nikolas, Jordan and Benjamin Licardie all of Camdenton, Missouri; maternal grandmother, Bernice Wroda of Camdenton, Missouri; paternal great-grandmother, Kathleen Licardie of Chicago, Illinois; father of her children, Johnathon Powers of St. Louis, Missouri; five aunts, Jennie Coleman and husband Merlin, Michelle Scott and Terry Woods all of Camdenton, Missouri, Lizbeth Karina Lopez and husband Bob and Kathleen Quinto and husband Javier all of Chicago, Illinois; three uncles, Vince Wroda and wife Barb of Wauconda, Illinois, Ernest Wroda and Roger Wroda both of Chicago, Illinois; Godfather, Keith Wroda and wife Isabella of Chicago, Illinois; Godmother, Gina Laster of Rockford, Illinois and a host other relatives and many friends. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, William W. Wroda and paternal grandmother, Irma Elizabeth Licardie. Sarah was a graduate of Ritner High School in St. Louis. She was the Bakery Manager at Gerbes Super Market in Camdenton where she served on the Culture Council. In her spare time, she enjoyed baking cookies and going out to restaurants. She believed in helping others. Most of all, time spent with her children was precious to her. She was a loving mother, daughter, granddaughter, sister and niece and a caring neighbor and friend. Although her life was too brief, she touched many lives and her memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her. A memorial service will be held at 6:00 p.m., Thursday, November 7, 2013 in Allee-Holman-Howe Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to a fund established to assist the family and left at the funeral home. Allee-Holman-Howe Funeral Home of Camdenton is assisting the family with arrangements.
