SHARRON LEE MORRISON Sharron Lee Morrison, daughter of Earl and Lucille Jones, was born November 4, 1944 in Kansas City, Missouri. She departed this life, Monday, July 2, 2007 in Linn Creek, Missouri at the age of sixty-two years, seven months and twenty-eight days. On October 30, 1968, she was united in marriage to Harland Marx "Harley" Morrison. Together they shared the past thirty-eight years. She was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Karron McKay and Arlenia Bobrukiewiez; and a brother, James Michael Jones. Survivors include her husband, Harley of the home; five children, Marcia Moore and husband Bill, Sr. of Eldridge, Missouri, Joe Muscia and wife Patricia of Linn Creek, Missouri, Shona Morrison of Linn Creek, Missouri, Shannon Morrison and wife Codi of Camdenton, Missouri and George Morrison III of Lebanon, Missouri; nine grandchildren; one great-grandson; a sister, Glenda Beaumont and husband Tom of Linn Creek, Missouri; a brother, Paul Jones and wife Cheryl of Linwood, Kansas and many nieces, nephews, other relative and friends. Sharron was raised in the Kansas City area and graduated from high school there. She later attended college in Kansas City. Her first job was as a bank secretary. She held many positions throughout her working career. She moved to the lake area in 1967 where she was currently employed as a night auditor for Comfort Inn in Osage Beach for the past fourteen years. Sharron made her profession of faith in Christ and was a member of Buffalo Prairie Baptist Church in Montreal. She loved her church and gospel music. She enjoyed the simple things in life like being at home and reading. She was a very talkative person and people enjoyed conversing with her very much. Most of all, she enjoyed spending time with her family. Sharron was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and aunt and was a caring neighbor and friend. We celebrate her life and accomplishments and will treasure the memories she created for her family and friends. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, July 7, 2007 in Buffalo Prairie Baptist Church. Burial will follow in Montreal Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Friday in the funeral home. Arrangements are under the direction of Allee-Holman-Howe Funeral Home of Camdenton.
