She was a bookkeeper for Tom’s TV for many years. Jim and Shirley could often be seen on their John Deere mowers. They owned and operated Our Patch for many years. Shirley had made a profession of faith. In her spare time she was very busy. She loved, gardening and had taught many people the correct way to take care of their flowers so they would put on their best show when it was time for them to bloom. She was gifted with being able to craft whatever she set her head to do. Shirley loved doing craft shows and flea markets and she never met a stranger. Shirley was always helping someone and loved taking care of her girls, grandchildren and friends. She has left us with many wonderful memories that we will treasure. Her beautiful smile will never be forgotten by all who loved her. She was a loving mom, grandma, great-grandma, sister and an amazing friend. We celebrate her life and know that she is so happy to be reunited with Jim. A Celebration of Life will be held at 1:00-5:00 p.m., Saturday, July 1, 2017 at Shirley’s home.
