Stephen Frost

Stephen Glenn Frost, son of the late Donzell & Eleanor (Bonnett) Frost, was born on April 6, 1948 and departed this life on February 15, 2025. At the time of his passing, Stephen was seventy-six years, ten months and nine days of age.

Stephen was preceded in passing by his parents.

Stephen is survived by his wife, Brenda Frost; Children, Whitney & husband Jeff Wilson, Megan & husband Michael Cooperstein, and Allison Frost & husband Matt Brown; five grandchildren, Tyler Wilson, Asher & Chloe Cooperstein, Oliver & Lincoln Brown; four siblings, Brad Frost, Jack & Vicki Frost, Scott Frost and Tim & Linda Frost; and his beloved four legged companions, Riley and Hunter. In his passing, Stephen leaves behind many friends and other family members who will all truly miss him. 

Stephen was born, raised and attended school in Bussey, Iowa. Following his high school graduation, he attended college briefly before joining the United States Army during the Vietnam War; during his time of service, he received the Bronze Star. After, returning home from the service, he worked various jobs before starting his thirty-five year career with the V.A. While working for the V.A., he met Brenda Wilson. On December 30, 1985, they would be united in marriage and share thirty-nine years full of wonderful memories together. Throughout their time with one another, they loved to re-model houses, spend time with their children, friends and family. 

In his spare time, Stephen enjoyed painting, hunting, frog gigging and fishing.

Stephen was very devoted to his friends and family, making sure to spend as much time as he could with them.
