Thomas Taft Turner

Thomas Taft Tuner, son of the late Donald & Alice (Anders) Turner, was born on July 22, 1945 and departed this life on December 20, 2020. At the time of his passing, he was seventy-five years of age. Thomas was preceded in passing by his parents and one brother, Max Turner. He is survived by his loving wife, Barbara Turner; two children, Thomas & wife Tara Turner and Virginia (Gina) & husband Paul Zimny; four grandchildren, Sophia Monti, Claudia Zimny, Victoria (Tori) Turner and Ava Turner; and three siblings, Betty & husband Gene Eaton, Clinton & wife Mary Turner and Mary Lou & husband Bob Peters. Thomas was born in Kirksville, Missouri but at an early age moved to St. Louis, Missouri where he was raised and graduated from McKinley High School. Shortly after graduation he began his career at Ameren Electric where he proudly retired from after 30 plus years of service. On Mary 25, 1991 he was united in marriage to Barbara Schepp and together they shared 29 wonderful years of marriage. Thomas truly enjoyed boating and taking several spontaneous vacations with his wife. Arrangements are under the direction of Allee-Holman-Howe Funeral Home.
