W.B. Cullen

W. B. Cullen, son of Mac V. and Lois Marie Rogers Cullen, was born, January 20, 1940 in Camdenton, Missouri. He departed this life, Wednesday evening, May 3, 2017, in Ozark Care Center, Osage Beach, Missouri at the age of seventy-seven years, three months and thirteen days. On June 24, 1957 in Lebanon, Missouri he was united in marriage to Helen Maxine Pope and to this union four children were born. Together they shared fifty-nine years of marriage He was preceded in death by his parents; his sister, Betty Conner and his brother Joe Cullen. He is survived by his wife, Helen Cullen of the home; his children, Christina Crothers and husband Bill of Lebanon, Missouri, Lois Meyer and husband Randy of Camdenton, Missouri, Glenda Hagner and husband Derek of Montreal, Missouri and Everett Cullen and wife Lisa of Macks Creek, Missouri; his grandchildren, Machelle Bates, Jeremy Branch and wife Diana and Brittany Branch all of Lebanon, Missouri, Justin Swadley and Tara McQueen of Camdenton, Missouri, Jason Peters and wife Colleen of Ft. Myers, Florida, Shane Waters and wife Cassandra of Camdenton, Missouri, Jessica Thompson and husband Matthew of Osage Beach, Missouri, Brandon Goring and wife Ashley of Montreal, Missouri, Logan Jones and Kaitlin Jones both of Sedalia, Missouri, Jacob Cullen and Hunter Cullen of Macks Creek, Missouri; fourteen great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; sisters, Donna Sue Kays of Camdenton, Missouri and Joann Wahlers of Raytown, Missouri and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. W.B. was from a family that has deep roots in the Camdenton area. He held various positions throughout his life and was known across the county for his stone work. W.B. was a believer in our Lord Jesus Christ. In his spare time he could usually be found hunting or fishing. The time he enjoyed the most, was running after his grandchildren. He has left many memories for his family and friends by always telling the best stories ever. He was known to always have a pocket full of candy that he shared with everyone. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, May 7, 2017 in Allee-Holman-Howe Funeral Home, Camdenton, Missouri. Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m., Saturday in the funeral home. Memorial donations may be made to L.A.M.B. House and left at the funeral home. Arrangements are under the direction of Allee-Holman-Howe Funeral Home of Camdenton, Missouri.
