Wilma Ruby Stanton, ninety-seven, of Richland, Missouri, passed away on Wednesday, January 6, 2021 at Richland Care Center in Richland, Missouri. Wilma was born June 14, 1923, the daughter of James "Tommy" and Dora (Arnold) Tabor. On June 28, 1941, Wilma was united in marriage to Uel Stanton, whom preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her parents, James "Tommy" and Dora (Arnold) Tabor; her brothers, Glen and Walter Tabor; a sister, Gladys; one son, Rick Stanton and in infant granddaughter. Wilma is survived by her son, Randy Stanton; five grandchildren as well as a host of nephews, nieces, other relatives and many dear friends. Until health prevented, she was very dedicated to attend Glover Chapel Church of Christ, where she was a member. Her memory will be cherished by many. Family and friends may meet on Tuesday, January 12, 2021 at 3:00 p.m., at Freedom Cemetery located on Hwy A in Camden County to remember the life of Wilma. Arrangements are under the direction of Allee-Holman-Howe Funeral Home. A private burial will take place at Freedom Cemetery under the direction of Allee-Holman-Howe Funeral Home.
